IRREGULAR VERBS

"Irregular" describes something that don't follow the rules. An irregular verb is one that does not take the -ed ending for the Past Simple and Past Participle forms. Some irregular verbs do not change; put, put, put (poner) while others change completely; buy, bought, bought (comprar).

ENGLISH TENSES, VERB AND SUBJECT.

TENSES


In the English Language (as in Spanish) we have three main tenses: PAST (regular and irregular verbs) PRESENT and FUTURE.

Past: I jumped
Present: I  jump
Future: I will jump

A VERB is a word that expresses an action or a state. We need someone or something to perform the action (SUBJECT).
